Losing most or all of your teeth has a marked effect on daily life. Besides the aesthetic problem it makes chewing harder, causes difficulty with speech and often costs people their confidence.

Modern implantology has an answer to these problems – the All-on-4 and All-on-6 dental implant systems.

In this method a whole arch of teeth is fixed onto 4 or 6 implants placed directly into the jawbone. A fixed restoration is then attached to the implants; it looks natural and works much like your own teeth.

The patient gains stable, firm, good-looking teeth that let them eat, speak and smile without restriction again.

Comfort and a natural feel when eating

A fixed restoration anchored on implants is far more comfortable than a conventional removable denture.

The teeth are fixed firmly in the jaw, do not move when eating or speaking, and let the patient eat most foods without restriction. Patients often describe the new teeth as working very much like their own.

Two methods, four packages

All on 4 or All on 6

Both methods rest on the same principle and differ in the number of implants. Which one suits you depends on the quality of the bone tissue and the condition of your teeth — we assess that at the consultation and recommend a solution.

4 implants

All on 4

All-on-4 is a modern implant technique in which a complete arch of teeth is fixed onto four implants.

Two implants are placed at the front of the jaw and two more at a slight angle towards the back. This makes the most of the bone that is already there and often avoids demanding procedures such as bone grafting.

A fixed bridge is then attached to the implants, replacing the whole row of teeth.

Package with MegaGen implants 2 900 €
Package with Straumann implants 4 100 €

The package includes the implants, multi-unit abutments, a composite bridge and a digital scan.

6 implants

All on 6

All-on-6 works on the same principle as All-on-4, but uses six implants instead of four.

More implants give still greater stability and spread the chewing load more evenly. This system suits patients who want maximum strength and long-term stability from their new teeth.

Package with MegaGen implants 3 800 €
Package with Straumann implants 5 600 €

The package includes the implants, multi-unit abutments, a composite bridge and a digital scan.

Instalments

Treatment can be paid for in instalments

You do not have to pay for the treatment all at once. We work with Home Credit, so the cost can be spread over instalments.

With a larger plan — implants, a full reconstruction of the teeth or a new smile — the price is usually the first thing that stops people. We do not want it to be what decides whether you go through with the treatment.

You do not have to decide in advance. Ask about instalments at the consultation itself — along with the treatment plan we will go through what the conditions are and what you will need for it. If you would like to ask sooner, write to us or call.

Exocad system

We look at your new teeth on screen first

We use the Exocad digital system when planning implant treatment. We scan your teeth, design the new ones in the software and show them to you before anything begins.

01 — Smile visualisation

The design placed into your own photograph

We place the design of your new smile into a photograph of your face. You see the shape and the position of the teeth in the whole face, not on a separate model — so you can comment on it before any work begins.

02 — The design on your scan

The current state and the solution in one image

The same design then sits on the digital scan of your jaw. One image holds the current state and what we are proposing for it — and the new teeth are made from that same design.

It is one system, not two pictures. Both the planning of the implants and the making of the new teeth come from the same design. At the consultation we go through both screens together — we show you what needs to be dealt with and what the procedure will be.

This technology allows:

  • precise implant planning
  • a realistic 3D visualisation of the result
  • a better understanding of the treatment plan
  • precision in making the new teeth

Implant systems

Straumann and MegaGen

We build the fixed restoration on both of the systems we work with. The choice of system is the main difference between the packages above — with both methods. Which implant is chosen depends on the patient's individual situation, the quality of the bone and the treatment plan.

Straumann

Premium standard

Straumann implants are among the most respected implant systems in the world. This Swiss brand is known for its high manufacturing precision, biocompatibility and long-term clinical results.

This technology allows:

  • precise implant planning
  • a realistic 3D visualisation of the result
  • a better understanding of the treatment plan

Straumann is the premium option for patients who want the highest standard of implant treatment.

MegaGen

Value for money

MegaGen implants are a modern implant system with an excellent price-to-quality ratio. The system offers a stable, reliable solution for patients who want fixed teeth on implants at a more accessible price.

Advantages of MegaGen implants:

  • a modern implant system

Premium solution

The premium route to fixed teeth

All-on-4 and All-on-6 are a premium solution and, among the treatments we offer, also the fastest route to fixed teeth. Behind that is technology we have right here at the clinic.

First we scan your teeth. The scan is then opened in the Exocad system — in it we measure and plan your new teeth, show you what needs to be dealt with, and the new teeth are made from that same design.

What the treatment costs is given above, with both methods. You can also pay in instalments, so you do not need the whole sum at once.

The main advantages of All-on-4 / All-on-6

  • fixed teeth without a denture
  • a natural appearance for the new teeth
  • comfort when eating and speaking
  • a long-term answer to tooth loss

Frequently asked questions

All-on-4 and All-on-6 are modern implant solutions that replace a whole arch of teeth using 4 or 6 dental implants. A fixed prosthesis is attached to those implants, restoring both the function and the appearance of the teeth. It is an effective, long-term answer to the loss of several or all teeth.

The main difference is the number of implants used to hold the restoration. All-on-4 uses four implants, while All-on-6 gives greater stability with six. Which is right depends on the quality of the bone, the patient's individual situation and the dentist's recommendation.

This kind of treatment suits patients who have lost all or many of their teeth, or whose teeth cannot be saved. It is also ideal for patients who struggle with removable dentures and want something fixed and comfortable.

The procedure is done under local anaesthetic, sometimes combined with sedation, so it is comfortable and painless for the patient. Mild discomfort or swelling may follow, but it is temporary and settles gradually.

Placing the implants is done in a single procedure. A temporary restoration can be fitted shortly after implantation. The complete process, including the final prosthetic work, usually takes several weeks to months depending on healing.

With proper care implants can last many years, often a lifetime. The prosthetic restoration also has a long life, its durability depending on hygiene and regular check-ups at the dentist.

Yes, modern materials and technology make a very natural appearance possible. The shape, colour and proportions of the teeth are designed individually to harmonise with the patient's face.

Yes, the final appearance of the restoration is matched to the patient's preferences. The dentist will also recommend a solution that looks natural and fits the overall appearance.
