Surgery hours

Open Monday to Friday, Mon–Fri 8:00 – 16:00. Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Current hours, including public holidays, are on the Contact page.

The price list for all procedures is published on the Price list page and a printed copy is available to view in the waiting room.

Complaints and suggestions

If you are not satisfied with your care or with how you were treated, please write to us first at [email protected] or call +421 940 644 650. We will deal with your complaint within 30 days. If you disagree with the outcome, you may turn to the Úrad pre dohľad nad zdravotnou starostlivosťou (the Slovak Health Care Surveillance Authority, udzs-sk.sk) or to the Košický samosprávny kraj (the Košice Self-Governing Region), which issued the operating licence.
